Donna understands the unique role real estate agents play in this process. Her approach is one of professionalism, integrity, accessibility and expertise. With experience in various aspects of historic homes, luxury homes, condo sales, estates, short sales, HUD properties, bank owned, and investment properties, Donna is a knowledgeable resource for her clients. Plus, her unique background in appraisal, banking and construction help give her clients an effective edge in marketing and negotiation.

On the personal side Donna has lived in Perrysburg for 23 years with her husband and two teenage sons in a historic home that is always in a state of renovation. Donna believes in giving back to the community and is a very active volunteer in Perrysburg. She is an active member in Cedar Creek Church, a volunteer for American Cancer society – on Relay for Life Planning Committee for 12 years. One of eight moms that spearheaded raised funds for and helped the community build Ft. Imagination in Perrysburg. Her hobbies include exercising, gardening, bible study and spending time with her family.

Donna has been licensed in real estate since 1984 and since 2005 Donna has chosen to work with The Danberry Company, the Toledo area’s market leader. Danberry’s innovative real estate tools and technology allow her to provide her clients with the highest quality services.

Donna facilitated three transactions for my family during a period of only 90 days, selling two homes and purchasing a third. They would come late to appointments, not return phone calls, and just made you feel pressured which was very stressful and took out the fun of finding a home. Our association with Donna covered a span of almost a year and 300 miles (New Jersey)....without a single face to face contact. Through phone calls and e-mails Donna was able to identify both our "needs" and "wants".
